My name is Deny Heri Syahputra,
I was born in Langsa, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, Indonesia on May 14th, 1984.
Graduated from University of Pembangunan Panca Budi, Medan north sumatera on 2009, Bachelor of economy, Financial Management.
Working Experience :
2009-2010, A manager of small syariah finance. Baitul Mall wat Tamwil, at Binjai Barat, North Sumatera.
2010-2011, A supervisor trainee at PT. SINAR SOSRO, for sales administration.
2011-2014, An export paper sales Support for Africa & Middle east region, at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk, perawang mill, Siak, Riau, Indonesia. Asia Pulp & Paper, Sinarmas Group.
2014-2015, An export paper sales Area Manager for Middle east region, at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk, perawang mill, Siak, Riau, Indonesia. Asia Pulp & Paper, Sinarmas Group.
2015-2016, Due to APP transformation program, sales group are centralized to HQ office, then terminated mills sales division. The rest employee were automatically transformed to Customer Service of selling activity. I was demoted back to supporting again, a sales customer service of photocopy paper for Middle east region, at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk, perawang mill, Siak, Riau, Indonesia. Stand a year till I took company termination program december 2016.
Experienced exporting Skill at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk, perawang mill, a subsidiary of Asia Pulp & Paper sinarmas group.
As a part of Asia Pulp & Paper sales activity, coordinating with officially branches arround the world. We export a lot of papers kinds, like photocopy paper, woodfree paper, briefcard paper, etc. It is sailed from several ports of sumatera and java island. We addressed on Riau mill, PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk,. It has a privat port at Siak river, perawang, Riau province, sumatera island.
I was hired for a supporting paper sales to Africa from Indah Kiat mill. I was doing good in 3 years processing Purchasing Order to Cash, which was input to production machine, monitoring finish good, packaging, etc. to ensure it produced well. Then making shipment preparation to Carriers provider. Which was collecting cash with many kinds of payment terms, incoterms, then collecting shipping documents like Bill of Lading, Invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc. After all, to ensure the goods and shipping documents delivered well by having customer's smiles. In the end, to have their retention behaviour.
Then, the chance came to me. I was promoted as sales Area Manager to handle middle east market about a year within probation period.
Unfortunately, company applies transformation program. Some mills sales division terminated, it centralized to HQ office. My job title was gone, it changed to Customer Service of HQ & Branches Sales. It's lead by Customer Service head, supervisor and team splited by regions. I was back to be one of customer service team for middle east, on ME & Africa region.
December 2016, I was included to company termination employment.
